How does the Process Work?

First of all, I want to thank you Pastor or Ministry leader for making it this far. It’s an honor to serve you. You may ask, what are the steps in getting my Church logo animated? Please review the following steps so you know how your purchase will be handled:

1. STEP 1 - MAKE A PURCHASE - Above you can make a purchase for 1, 2 or as many logos as you may need animated. After you fill out the necessary information on the secured next page and proceed to making a purchase you will then receive step 2 below.

2. STEP 2 - RECEIVE AN EMAIL - After purchasing your Church Logo Animation you should receive ( Within 10 Minutes ) an automated email from me thanking you for making a purchase with instructions on what I will need in order to start the process of Animating your Church logo. ( Please note you will receive a Purchase email first, Please don’t reply to that email. Only reply to the email that has instructions. )

3. STEP 3 - SEND ME YOUR CHURCH LOGO IN A VECTOR FORMAT - After receiving an automated email from me in Step 2, I will be asking you to reply to the email and attach a vector format of your Church Logo. It’s usually a logo that ends with a file extension like ( .ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg ). If you need to ask your team for the best quality logo you have to send me, please do. Also if you have any questions this would be a good time to ask. ( Please note if you choose the 3 Day Package you will need to send us a color logo as well as a white logo )
   
   * Redrawing Logo in vector format - If your logo is NOT in one of these most common vector file formats as listed above, then we can redraw them for you for FREE. One hour will be allocated to perform this task. If for some reason it will take longer than 1 hour to create this task, then you will be notified with the options we can offer you in order to move forward in animating your Church logo. ( Please note most logos can be redrawn within an hour, but some logos can be really intricate, so we’ll have to measure accordingly to maintain the quality of your Church logo.

4. STEP 4 - 3 OR 7 DAY DELIVERY - If you choose the 3 or 7 Day delivery, please note that the 3 or 7 Day delivery starts when we receive a logo that is emailed back to me. Once I receive an email you will receive a conformation back from me that I received your logo and that I can start the process of Animating your Church logo. This process includes redrawing your logo unless it will take longer than an hour to do so. If this is the case you will be notified during business hours ( US EST ) and as soon as an approval has been made only then will we proceed and at that time the 3 or 7 Day delivery will start.

5. STEP 5 - DOWNLOADABLE FILES - Once your Church logo is fully animated, you will receive all of your files via wetransfer or email. You will have a full HD (1920x1080) render of your logo, a small version of your logo in a gif format for you to use as an email signature like the one you will receive in the email I will send you in step 2. You will also receive the native .aep file so you can start using Adobe After Effects or your team can start using this file to add to other essential branded digital assets that you will begin to build if you haven’t already. ( Please note if you choose the 3 Day delivery You will receive double the files because one of your logos will be in color and the other will be in white as both logos are included in this 3 day package )

6. Please Note: No Background Music or Background images will be provided. A background image will be displayed as reference only on one render. ( Shown in samples to show what is possible) - We plan on offering these extra features in the near future. - Also this service is NOT creating a new logo for your Church or ministry, it’s taking your existing logo and animating it for you to use in your media.
